How fast do I get a report?
Quick Pass: same day. Full Sweep: 24-48 hours. Deep Dive: 3-7 days, scoped with the tester first.
How does hiring work?
Post a brief, review tester proposals, accept one. Founder pays the tester budget plus qahuman's 10% platform fee through Stripe before testing starts.
What platforms do you support?
Web, iOS, Android, desktop, and invite-only builds. You specify the platforms, devices, or browsers to cover.
Testers
How are testers evaluated?
Profiles show completed jobs, client reviews, trait scores, and specialties. Stronger delivery unlocks higher-tier work.
Can one account be both a founder and a tester?
Yes — one account covers both roles, but you cannot test your own job.
Payments
How do testers get paid?
Approved reports release 90% of the budget through Stripe Connect — a 10% service fee is deducted from the payout.
How does qahuman make money?
qahuman keeps the platform fee: founders pay 10% at checkout and a 10% service fee comes out of tester payouts. No subscriptions, no proposal fees, no listing fees.
How do payouts work for testers?
Founders fund the budget plus qahuman's 10% platform fee at checkout. After approval, the tester receives 90% of the budget through Stripe Connect — a 10% service fee is deducted from the payout. Example: on a $25 job the founder pays $27.50 and the tester receives $22.50.
What happens to the platform fee if a job is refunded?
Refunds return the held tester budget by default. The 10% platform fee is retained for payment handling and dispute review unless qahuman chooses to waive or credit it.
Security
What should founders share for access?
Temporary or sandbox credentials only. Share the minimum access needed and rotate it after testing.
Can I keep a brief private or use an NDA?
Credentials and private instructions are only shown to the assigned tester. You can require a standard or custom NDA — the tester must sign before private work unlocks.
Disputes
What if the report misses the mark?
You get up to 3 revision rounds. Still not usable? qahuman admins review the evidence and decide the dispute.
What if the tester ghosts?
Cancel before work starts for a refund. If work has started, the dispute path lets qahuman review evidence before any payout is released.
How do I withdraw or cancel a job?
Use the cancel action on the job detail page while the job is open or assigned. Once work is submitted, use revisions or dispute review instead.
